Faith Class Statement of Purpose:
The Faith Class is dedicated to spreading God’s Word through study of The Word, building personal relationships through discussion and fellowship, and sharing our testimony, knowledge, and resources to those who are in need.
Faith Class Goals:
• Improve our knowledge and application of The Word through classroom teaching, discussion, personal study, and meditation.
• Participate in ministry to the less fortunate through monetary gifts and personal service, and sharing our testimony of “The Good News.”.
• Increase our fellowship by seeking new members, and developing our sense of community through a caring follow-up and interaction with each other.
• Be a part of the overall growth, outreach, and ministry of Lester Memorial United Methodist Church.
Friendship Class: – Senior Adults age 50-80+
